Our popular Inn has recently been tastefully restored and now boasts many original features.
Lee Groves, our executive chef has created a delightful menu, which is beautifully prepared & presented using only the freshest produce. We boast the finest foods and wine in the town thanks to our award winning chef.
We are ideally located to take advantage of the many walks and lovely views of the stunning Cotswold countryside.
We are within easy reach of Oxford, Burford and Cheltenham Spa and we have a wealth of other attractions on our doorstep.
Once inside, you'll discover a spacious venue, large enough to accommodate the bigger functions or coach parties, small enough to find those quiet corners to enjoy that romantic moment. A delightful ambiance is created where a warm welcome is given from well trained friendly staff. With great attention to detail rarely seen in modern day country inns. The Forge Restaurant
The Forge Restaurant has a warm and friendly atmosphere which we are sure you will enjoy. We serve a wide selection of freshly prepared meals using local produce (wherever possible) and fresh fish dishes.
Why not join us for an evening to remember? The Forge Restaurant is available for private parties and functions. Christmas orders are now being taken, menus are available on request.
On Tuesday nights we have a Special Menu and on Thursday's we have a special Fish Menu. Please ask a member of staff for details.
